Retroactive Hackstreak
Will this New medal counter be retroactive? The Onyx Soujorner badge requirement is 360 hack days in a row (within 24h from each other), wich roughly is a 51 times 7-day streak (360/7 = 51.4),. What im trying to know is, reaching Onyx sojourner automaticly gives me 51 hacking streak weeks? Or the counter streak starts for… -
Streak lost regardless of hacking
Recently, I had a 147 day Sojourner streak in Ingress Prime, but when I checked today, I was shocked and disheartened to find that my streak had been reset to 0. Black Screen instead of Scanner

@NianticBrian @NianticVK What is the status on the fix ? There's a new event starting friday 05/21/2021.I wish to play and already lost on advancements on Epoch and Sojourner medals. Agent ObiTwan71 still has no acces with linked Google and Facebook accounts -

Interesting example, that. Imagine if they changed Sojourner to increment by 7 with every Epoch tick. One of these things is not like the other. There have always been hard badges and easy badges. I don't have a problem with that. But don't change the rules so dramatically halfway. -

That may not be the case for all players however. Some days if I am busy, I’ll just hack for my Sojourner/Epoch streak in the morning and that’s it. I don’t drive, and often have no other actions to do in my local area after making fields and links etc. on previous days. -

Don't have to tell me 🙈 Redemeed the 1331 turrets as non core player (without stacking at other players). deployed all turrets , i only recycled maybe 30ish keys to make space and kept my sojourner / epoch going. One of the most difficultiest thing i've done in ingress -

I can see how daily tasks could be this feature... many players just sign in to hack for sojourner / epoch and then not much motivation for anything else.. if u had daily tasks that gives out small awards perhaps could help little with motivation. -

Sojourner is like every other medal: You get x2 when the corresponding counter reaches x2 the value for Onyx. For Sojourner, that would be 720 days. If that feels unforgiving, well, I suppose that's why Epoch uses a different mechanic for basically the same thing. -
