This cheater first destroyed the Chongar portal (https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=46.025836,34.557152&z=10&pll=46.025836,34.557152). This portal is accessible from Ukraine. But now there is a border point and the actual access is not known. But yesterday this cheater destroyed the portal "****" (https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=45.012471,34.035715&z=12&pll=45.012471,34.035715) Access to this portal is by pass only. Also, after the destruction, this agent actually confirmed that he was a cheater - in the game chat. He wrote that he was tired of sitting under the fields and he removed the point where "all fields converge" .... After that, threats to destroy portals further followed ... Our agents sent requests to remove the player, but at the moment he is still in the system and this morning he destroyed the portal again (https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=45.012471,34.035715&z=12&pll=45.012471,34.035715) Please block his account as soon as possible. I also ask you to restore the Chongar portal (https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=46.025836,34.557152&z=10&pll=46.025836,34.557152) and all the links that were created to and from it. Thank you

Вот ещё одно подтверждение того что ему полность все равно на правила игры. И есть подозрения что это старый агент который завел второй аккаунт. Если есть возможность это отследить, то было бы здорово и создателя заблокировать ...
Please report this on the support site and request fast-track (will be an option on the ticket reply). You can't post this here, it's going to be edited and closed by Niantic. Ops will not investigate cheating reports on the forum.
Все эти действия проделаны ещё вчера несколькими агентами. И читер все равно играет.
Regardless, posting details of the account on the forum isn't going to get it banned. Niantic will just close this thread and advise you to report in scanner or on the support site.
