I was going to say the Invisible University, but then I changed to all the city of Ankh-Morpork, including the "van" of C.M.O.T. Dibbler which I'll probably follow in order to get swag bargains totally truthful and from an absolutely legal source, but heck, I'd love to visit all Discworld.
Paranor, the Druid's Keep - Terry Brooks, Shannara
Tar Valon, Tower of the Aes Sedai - Robert Jordon, The Wheel of Time
Tolarian Academy - J. Robert King, Time Streams, Magic the Gathering. This one may find difficulty in Wayfinder due to the fact that the academy while home to many mature students, also houses very young students.
Chathrand, 600 year old behemoth of a merchant ship. - Robert VS Redick, The Red Wolf Conspiracy. Now this is one I would participate in a Mission Day at Sea on!
Imre - City home of the University and the extremely popular tavern, the Eolian. - Patrick Rothfuss, Name of the Wind. I would love to attend an Anomaly event in Imre, a place that celebrates arts.
Certainly! During the Phyrexian Invasion after losing faith in Urza, Barrin returned to Tolaria to bury his daughter Hanna and discovered his home already overrun. As a last effort he unleashed a copy of the Sylex spell that Urza had used to end the Brother's War millennia before, obliterating the Phyrexians, the island and academy and himself.
But If we are using our imaginations, why not? :p The academy was infamous for meddling with time anyways :D
Really wishing more Ingress lore POIs existed. We have Cross Plains, Texas and Cahokia Mounds among others but hacking a key to ABADN or one of the XM Corporations Offices would be awesome. Although OP did ask for fictional locations so... 🤐
As plot, keys going to places where we need further clues would be fun. Or getting one piece and needing to get in touch with others to connect with others to build a puzzle... Hmmmm. I'd like that - when we get this plague away.

The* North Pole
Debating. Fangorn Forest? 165 Eaton Place? The House of the Rising Sun?
Pallet town, oaks lab (don't think there would be any other poi in pallet town lol)
New Otherton from Lost. It even has a playground that would meet the criteria.
Bermuda Triangle
Atlantis 😬
Shiganshina and Winterfell.
Edit: I should pick some safer sites...
We could probably create this in Ingress
What is shinfanshina?
For me it would be Argonath from Lord of the Rings.
It's a fictional town from the manga (and anime) Attack on Titan (original title Shingeki no Kyojin).
Pride Rock
The Horn of Helm's Deep.

Jedi temple on Coruscant
Hogwart could have been nice but it's a school under K-12 so not eligible anyway.
But maybe you could hack platform 9 and 3/4
You can, when and if lockdown in London gets straightened out.

Wasn't Tolaria destroyed?

It would be so awesome to have Ingress Lore POI's scattered across different countries. <3
The Restaurant At The End of The Universe
Or
The Slaughtered Lamb
ya also like this in Lord of The Ring, similar to The Valley of The End in the (anime) Naruto Shippuden
