Well i'm new to the story and stuff so i'm might not be a great help but i've gotten P3 in a drone hack and i was curious.
Things i've noticed that maybe other people can elaborate more on are these.
On the 3th it says R12 instead of R13 whats up with that?
Every day is crossed off except for the ones with the R words? I don't know the story but is there someone who can time jump or something time related that skipped those days from being crossed off?
What does the crosshair mean on the 30th?
Beneath the month/year there is a sentence "ORU MNID FLLIS IN TEH GPAS" => "Our minds fill in the gaps".
Beside the calendar paper itself was there anything else in the envelope?
Tabula rasa means begin a new. Starting over. A clean slate.
You've picked up most of the information already. What you are missing are just the logistics of what happened on those days. Many veterans here in the Investigation participated in the events that were crossed out. I'll let them fill in the gaps for you, or lead you to where you can get up to speed.
I broke these down into the hex values I recognized them for in case that's the direction these end up going in, but in so doing I noticed they can be reordered into all 2-digit values all starting with 7 or 6.
Might end up being nothing but if that ends up being the case the sequence becomes
Since the scanner leaked 8 years ago, the portal network has never been truly neutral since. I'd say that forcibly neutralizing all portals would be really fascinating, just out of an investigation perspective.
But, as an agent, while fascinating, I'm not sure I'd like to actually see that.
This was teased during the Exo 5 anomaly afterparty in 2017. It was met with universal horror and anger, because it meant all the work capturing hard to reach portals, and recharging portals forever to keep stats going (now that Guardian is dead) would have been wasted.
Doing so would heavily discourage people from putting in the extra hard yards to get that otherwise impossible portal.
I once took a tour of a sewage plant with a group of agents, so that I could sneak off with a Satellite modem and capture an otherwise impossible portal while watching seals play in the waves below. That sort of effort doesn't do well in the face of "Oh we'll just reset it all".
There is an R word that comes to mind when considering Tabula Rasa, starting over or a clean slate.
Recurse
Recursion
I know very little storyline but have been around for a few years and have attempted to participate in the Tessellation recently. Having acquired a Simulacrum badge for myself earlier this year and learning what recursion means, well, I feel it a strong possibility that where this is headed pertains to such.
If that's whats really about, the TabulaRasa would break many XM fields that are long stabilished and maybe switch control of many sensitive points throughout the globe...

This is like a clue. "Tabula Rasa" a theory on human mind in Locke's philosophy.

P4
Got this from small ascii code 🤔
Calendar P4
pyb71lie194ut. =112 121 98 55 49 108 105 101 49 57 52 117 116
P3 Y P4
7I 79 627 672 747 36 7 76 76 6D 7A 74 7A7 26 D76 72 74 736 76 773 6 9 76 76 67 64 6C 6 9 6 7
What are the numbers at the top of the calendar?
I broke these down into the hex values I recognized them for in case that's the direction these end up going in, but in so doing I noticed they can be reordered into all 2-digit values all starting with 7 or 6.
Might end up being nothing but if that ends up being the case the sequence becomes
71 79 62 76 72 74 73 67 76 76 6D 7A 74 7A 72 6D 76 72 74 73 67 67 73 69 76 76 67 64 6C 69 67
If you run those two digit values through the hex ascii table you end up with
qybvrtsgvvmztzrmvrtsggsivvgdlig
It seems convenient that each of these values lands in the lowercase alphabet region of the table, now what to do with this string, I've got nothin'.
I found something written on the table ...
mqa73 k9f6c yuo54re b616h
I know that's it was already found, just leaving it here if it could help, I found P3

Tabula Rasa - @NianticOfficial resets the entire gameboard on January 1. 😉
XM Tea leaves from the Portal Network?
Question: Would that be devastating (Insightful) or fascinating(like)?
( disclaimer: I broke ties with NIA, or so I think I did, so anything I asked here aren't going to be factored into their decisions. )

My comment was mostly a joke.

Yes this would be fun and needed.
This would aggravate way too many players
