        <description><![CDATA[<p>About once every 1-2 weeks I keep getting the red dot notification next to the Store button. When going into the Store I typically don't see anything different. Recently there were a few medals with people's faces on them for sale, so those updates were OK, but other than that it doesn't seem like there are real updates. Or at least it's difficult to identify what was updated. I'd recommend to add a section to the Store area called Updates or What's New and list the newly added or removed items there, so that players know why they just chased the red dot laser.</p><p>Additionally, since I'm on the topic of the Store and have a chance to complain - the prices there there are terrible. Almost $1 for 10 power cubes? $3 for a single Portal Fracker? $6 for 100 XMP? All of these are a joke. A casual player that plays somewhat consistently can easily farm all of these during normal gameplay. I would only consider buying stuff from there if the price was $1 for 100 cubes or 100 XMP, etc. A very small amount of money I can easily part with for a meaningful amount of items. You've successfully fallen into the pit of microtransaction bad guys.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Alright, with the newest update going for the removal of QC(which I don't really care that much as long as they make the kinetic system better) we've got yet another gameplay affecting item coming to the shop. On one hand, they're going to remove one way of infi farms but on the other a lot of folks who have enough money to spend can just buy a ton of all that stuff in anyway. Which is a lovely pay-to-win dillema. I get that there's a need for funds that they need for running servers etc., But there is a lot of stuff that the community has been asking for, for a looong while now, that could be added.</p><p>Instead of having a ton of gameplay items ready to buy in shops they could easily go for the cosmetics, with so many options, give people more customisation of things like UI and sound effects. And all of these things are client sided too, so none of it would add more stress on the server side of things. </p><p>From previous versions themes, sound effects to choosing different colors to specific UI aspects, XM colors, portals, fields, links, different map layout themes, so forth. The amount of individual items and packs they could make with this could be fairly big. And I'm pretty certain a lot of people would go into that fulheartedly.</p><p><br /></p><p>Thoughts?</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>How do I get an incident escalated?</p><p>Months ago now I clicked the wrong thing and **** fingered the rejection and bought 10x R8s (from when NIA had placed reso purchase so when trying to deploy an R8 if you spun too far you would then click 'buy R8's)</p><p>I immediately submitted a support request to reverse the transaction through the ingame support ap.</p><p>NIA refused to reverse the transaction, and i requested an escalation, where they say it had been.</p><p>Over 2 months have now passed with no update or response to many many requests for an update.</p><p>How on earth do I get anyone looking at the issue?</p>]]>

So I force quit the game but now both the capsule with it's contents and keys are missing. </p><p>I tried restarting/clear cache but no luck. Capsule and keys still gone.         <description><![CDATA[<p>An ADA Trasmuter + Jarvis Virus bundle has appeared in the store for 3000 CMU.</p><p>I read on IUENG that it appears there is no purchase limit for that bundle, so if you have enough money you can buy virtually infinite Viruses.</p><p>Has it ever happened before?</p><p>Even if the bundle will remain only until the end of the Kythera event, I am not a fan of this.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi !</p><p>I just spotted this when I received my latest CORE package.</p><p><br /></p><p>Repro steps :</p><ul><li>Wait for your CORE package to arrive, and the animation to end</li><li>Go to your inventory, scroll straight to the left in the Store section and note how many CMU you have</li><li>It should be missing the +2500 CMU from CORE package (I was, at least, missing it)</li><li>Go to the Store from the main menu, the CMU count will update</li><li>Go back to the Store section of the Inventory, the CMU count should now be up-to-date</li></ul><p>I've not tested buying something from Inventory when the CMU count wasn't yet up-to-date, I guess it wouldn't work if the CMU count isn't right for some items as it could tell "not enough CMU".</p><p><br /></p><p>Device : OnePlus 8 Pro, Android 11, connected over Wi-Fi</p><p>Ingress version : latest to date, 2.89.1</p><p>Sorry, no sreenshots :shrug:</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Good day</p><p>On the event when the Onyx Locker (6th) was introduced, I planned to get the Onyx Locker and then consider to buy the others or not, if felt my gameplay required.</p><p>If so, I'd would go ahead and buy the 5-Locker Bundle.</p><p>Now, with all the twists and turn that the end of that event had, I find myself unable to get those 5 remaining Lockers since that bundle of 5 is gone. I feel kind of cheated now.</p><p>The only option I have is to waste about 20% more money buying the Lockers individually, which I'm not really inclined to do. I had already done my math and counted my dimes.</p><p>Would it be possible to get access to that bundle please?</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p><p>next month, new trouble:</p><p>As the last (automatic) renew process failed and Apple refunded me, I thought it might be a good idea to cancel the subscription a couple of days ago (which worked) and then to activate a new subscription.</p><p>Guess what: it failed also.         <description><![CDATA[<p>This one has probably been discussed in one or more incarnations, but just to surface another conversation about it I figured I'd post here.</p><p><br /></p><p>Rather than specifically request the OG Scanner, or [REDACTED] UI to be available as a purchasable option, I'd like to request that a complete UI skinning framework be implemented. My reasoning being that the original UI could be one of many skins that could then be sold to the player base that would hopefully justify the development time investment required to create the framework.</p><p><br /></p><p>Over the years Niantic has temporarily altered the Scanner's GUI with things like the Pac-Man UI that we got for April Fool's Day one year. I'm sure licensing something like that would make offering that specific example infeasible, but hopefully it gets the wheels turning in your head about the sort of possibilities past just the original UI.</p><p><br /></p><p>Anyway, it's something I thought I'd share.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hey all. Just wanted to throw my hat in the ring and give my critique regarding the recent Perpetua character packs. I was looking forward to the packs after buying the last ones and really liked the idea of pushing out via the store, even if that does mean no more load out codes to horde for emergencies. The one thing I do not approve of is the value of the kit for the price. For this I'll be using USD and assuming that the agent in question has 0 CMU and has to buy all the CMU to obtain the load out.</p><p><br /></p><p>In the past, the load outs came with VR gear, and L8 bursters and resonators like most Anomaly packs. These however come with only common items and L1 resonators. While this is the norm for most xfac events to have a bundle like this, the pricing does not really reflect what you get. We're essentially paying what we did for the old rare  packs but for less quality of gear. While I do want to support NIA, I really think that the balance of giving into players reactions to the L8 gear being sold was really knee-**** here. I get not having L8 gear up there all the time but for these big packs it should be. Even if the gear was a throw in, you're telling me that 1 character medal is 20 bucks but so is 30 SBUL from the last event, or that all 3 medals are worth 50? I really doubt that.</p><p>I will be voting with my wallet and not purchasing these packs. I really want to support Niantic but with price models like this I cannot justify it. We're getting into GTA levels of microtransactions right there.</p>]]>
