        <description><![CDATA[<p>I am having an issue where my portal damage reports are being sent to my old email instead of my new one and I am not receiving the emails. I have switched over all 3 of my accounts over to the new email (Apple ID, Facebook, and Gmail) and the emails are still being sent to my old email. I am even able to sign onto the Intel map using my new email (the old email doesn’t work on the Intel map anymore) and I still get emails to my old one. The issue remains regardless of whether I’m signed in on my Android or iPhone.</p>]]>

<p>Every single time I try to submit portals I keep forgetting that I have to go into the settings of my camera app and switch it to jpeg just for these 2 photos. This needlessly wastes time switching back and forth. </p><p>Enforcing upload of only jpeg also needlessly wastes Niantic's server resources storing larger or worse looking images.</p><p>At the same image quality heic format is about 50% smaller than jpeg.</p><p>heif is natively supported by Windows 10, macOS High Sierra, iOS 11, Android 9.</p><p>Please correct this bug and support heic photos taken by my phone's camera.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Before anyone says "People use sound?" yes, they do, and it's a part of the game, therefore it should be functional.</p><p>Case 1: Pokemon Go </p><ul><li>When connected to Bluetooth, music plays through the car, Pokemon Go game sounds come through the car.</li><li>When connected to Android Auto, music plays through the car, Pokemon Go game sounds come through the car.  </li></ul><p>Case 2: Ingress</p><ul><li>When connected to Bluetooth, music plays through the car, Ingress game sounds come through the car.</li><li>When connected to Android Auto, music plays through the car, <strong><em>Ingress game sounds come through the phone or an alternate Bluetooth device.</em></strong></li></ul><p>Why does Pokemon Go work properly, with game sound integrated into Android Auto, yet Ingress is somehow broken and unable to transmit through the same mechanism.  This seems to be the only thing I've found that doesn't go through Android Auto when connected, except for phone calls (which the car auto-handles through negotiated bluetooth).</p><p>Connecting to Bluetooth only, in the car isn't an option, if I want to continue to have the full functionality of integrated maps and other features, so whatever setting made Ingress do the wrong thing, please change it to the same as what Pokemon Go does.  The code should be easily transferrable.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I've been trying to access the intel map but it won't load anything. I've tried accessing from my smartphone, a pc, several different browsers, with and without wi-fi connection but nothing. </p><p>It lets me navigate the map and even search for places, but it displays the message "Loading Data" with the loading wheel animation stuck in place. Additionally, it seems to display my current xm and level accurately, so i suppose the account is not the problem. </p><p>I do not use third party attachments, and the in game scanner works just fine, but no matter how many time i log in to the intel map, it never loads.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>This one is an old old bug, dating back to 2015-02-24 when the Boost recharge functionality was added.</p><p>Pre-conditions:</p><ul><li>An XM pool larger than 16k (Level 13 or higher)</li><li>A portal with more than 15k energy missing</li><li>Agent has a full XM bar.</li><li>Ground XM is present around the Agent.</li></ul><p>Reproduction Steps:</p><ol><li>While standing in a pool of XM with a full XM bar greater than 16,000 XM, boost recharge a portal with more than 15k energy missing.</li><li>Immediately tap the button again as the ground XM is collected, to continue recharging.</li></ol><p>The display will show "Needs More XM" even though the Agent has more than sufficient XM to perform a second recharge, and the recharge will not go through.  Tapping a third time will recharge the portal again using the remaining XM pool.</p><p>This is an old bug, and as far as I can guess, completely server related, so one for <a data-username="ofer2" data-userid="30640" rel="nofollow" href="https://community.ingress.com/en/profile/ofer2">@ofer2</a> and the server team, rather than a GUI issue. My bug is not that the layer button is in the way, but that the box containing the text doesn't stay open IF you manage to get past the layer buttons hitbox. </div><p>When playing a mission, if the next portal has a description, clue (for hidden waypoints) or the creator entered a custom description, you can't expand the box if there are more then 3 lines of text. Aside from the layer buttons hitbox being massive, which is another bug report someone already submitted, once you actually hit the little arrow, the box expands for a few frames and automatically closes again. This is detrimental for missions with hidden waypoints, as the text serves as the clue for the next portal. I've cleared cache, restarted phone multiple times, checked for updates, tried to load into a different locker and still get same result and I am over in inventory and now cannot play because of this unless I want to dump an entirely good capsule of gear which I don't.         <description><![CDATA[<p>I tried to empty my permanent yellow key locker today.  The action seemed to stall out in the client, so I cancelled it.  After that seemed to stall out, I quit the app and restarted it.  After restarting, 27 of the 99 keys had unloaded.  I was unable to either load keys back into the locker nor unload keys out of the locker.</p><p>I tried clearing cache, clearing storage, restarting my phone multiple times.  Now, the yellow key locker has somehow vanished from my inventory and I have 48 keys in my inventory.</p><p>I need help getting my yellow key locker back into my inventory (with whatever keys should still be in it) so that it can be used in game as it should be.</p>]]>

<p>Again, restarting fixes the app fixes the problem.</p><p>Sometimes the problem will go away by itself. Other times, the app will crash out and restarting is the only way back in.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Drone doesn't seem to jump at the first try.</p><p>This behaviour occurs like 80% of my jump attempts.         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have a drone problem. This has been since early december 2021. I have also reported this same issue before but havent got any good answer/ or been solved. It Seems like i have 2 drones. When i try to move my drone it says "Out of range" (1). If i go out and in again i can move my drone again and hack (2). This time the drone is in an other location. Next time when i can move my drone i can hack the first (1) portal and when i try to move that one it says "out of range". Then when i go out and in again i can move the drone (2) again in the other location. I am trying to collect Unique drone hacks. And as it is now one of the drones collect unique hacks while both drones are counting the Maverick,. Please help me! I wanna get rid of the problem.</p>]]>
