        <description><![CDATA[<p>This has been happening for quite some time now.  Happens to everyone one frequently. Sometimes it's the first time you load the client that day, sometimes you just closed the client due to the lagg issue, and you have to log in again. Haven’t captured any metal progress dispute being very active the past few weeks.  Also, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app turning on and off adventure sync no luck.   I have not had this issue in other Niantic games.</p>]]>

This seems to mostly happen when I am jumping back and forth between Ingress and other apps. Jumping between apps seems to be fine for a brief moment, but it only takes a handful of times before the issue occurs again. I have checked all item types when this happens, and I can confirm the manage button is unavailable on all them.         <description><![CDATA[<p>To date, portals have decayed <em>exactly</em> 7 days after they were deployed. I know and utilise the decay times of around 50 portals in my area and have groups deployed that normally decay at regular 3 minute intervals. Last weekend this decay time was delayed by anything up to 4 minutes, occasionally snapping back to real time before drifting again. Last night my first portal decayed 24 minutes late, the second didn't decay until after the ninth, the eleventh waited until the very end and decayed 54 minutes late.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Seems 2.123.1 crashes on start on my cubot R19. 2.122.2 works fine.</p><p>Phone: Cubot R19</p><p>Android: 9.0</p><p>Network: Wifi</p><p>Phone and ingress Language: German (I'll give the english terms below)</p><p>Starting like:</p><ul><li>shows black screen with white niantic logo</li><li>shows ingress prime logo ('headphones recommended')</li><li>shows moving triangle in the upper right (that was in the middle  of the screen on 2.122.2)</li><li>'Ingress was ended'</li></ul><p>I already tried:</p><ul><li>clearing cache</li><li>clearing app data</li><li>tried another cubot R19 (don't have another supported phone atm)</li></ul><p>to no avail.</p><p>Removing 2.123.1 and reinstalling the apk from 2.122.2 works around it. The older version starts and runs fine as far as I can see.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello there. I have just recursed from l16 ENL. However I didn't get to choose the faction. The recursion went straight to ENL again. I wanted to change to resistance. Can I get my faction changed by support? It would take a while to get to l16 again.</p><p><br /></p><p>EDIT:</p><p>I specifically recursed for the option of faction change. I just wanted to level to 16 again as resistance agent, while keeping my AP, medals and progress. I am aware of the one time faction change option through a ticket, however this would reset all my stats, so it is not an option. Pls help.</p><p>Many thanks, bye.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I reached level 16 last night and started the 4 hour timer. This morning I tapped on the button to recurse. It gave me the recursion message, then the faction selection where I chose resistance, and then the floating blue head with the resistance message. If I do nothing at this point, it just stays on this screen (I have left it 5 minutes at one point). If I tap the screen, it start the recursion again, and repeats over and over. I tried closing and reopening the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and powering my phone off and on again.  I am using a Samsung S20 FE if that makes any difference. I am locked out of the game until this is resolved. Thanks</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>From my past Portal scans [scout:552 controller:606] I understand there are two different modes of scanning: meshing and non-meshing.  The meshing mode shows criss-cross meshes over the parts of the camera view that Ingress has digested; the non-meshing mode shows hexagons over the significant points in the camera view that Ingress has recognised.  Currently, neither of those modes works on my phone.</p><p>With meshing turned on, the Ingress app instantly crashes whenever a scan is started; it also instantly crashes if the scan is started in non-meshing mode and the top-right button is pressed to turn meshing on.  [See also: <a href="https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/20633/scan-causes-app-crash" rel="nofollow noopener ugc">scan causes app crash</a>]</p><p>With meshing turned off, no hexagons at all ever appear within the view and after recording a whole 30 seconds (or however long it is) of scan, it just says "Scan failed" with the reason of insufficient meshes.  (Well I know there are no meshes - meshing is turned off!)</p><p>This situation is not ideal for earning the Scout and Scout Controller badges.         <description><![CDATA[<p>When recharging individual resonators, tapping on a resonator selects it, indicated by a yellow highlight around the power bar.  This highlight disappears after using a cube. However, if you hit the "Charge" button, it will still only charge the single previously selected resonator, which is the desired behavior, even though no resonators are shown as selected.</p><p>The complication is that now if you try to select the same resonator to recharge (since it's not highlighted anymore), it actually *unselects* it, and now you're recharging all the resonators. </p><p>Steps to reproduce:</p><ol><li>Select an individual resonator to recharge.</li><li>Use the plus ("+") sign to use one or more cubes. <p>I have tried with both Google and Facebook, pc and phone, and also in incognito mode.         <description><![CDATA[<p>A few updates ago, the iOS client stopped using the system time format, and is displaying time in 12 hour format even though it's not configured like that anywhere.</p><p>Please make the client either respect the regional settings of the phone, or at least set it to 24 hour time format again. <p>A recent change to the Intel map, has made an error such that Volatile Scout Countroller Portals (VSCPs) are showing up Red instead of Yellow.</p><p>I'd suggest if you're going to change it, make it the yellow square, but at a minimum this should remain yellow to indicate that they are related to the yellow Scout Controller portal markers.</p>]]>
