[Bug] "Make agent stats private" remains checked

I just noticed this fun bug with 2.40.1.
The checkbox for "Make agent stats private" remains checked regardless of unchecking the box and returning to the menu after relaunching the app.
In other words, the app shows it checked for everyone.

Yes! I hope it will be fixed soon, I usually launch the game, and remove the checkmark. It remains unchecked during the time I´m playing. But after relaunching the app it is checked again :S
It looks like @NianticBrian acknowledged this bug in the notes for 2.41.x, so I will say it's going to be fixed ☺
I got the same problem where the hide check mark comes back after restarting the app. I got one of my team player to check my stats as the check mark was there and they said they still could see my stats.

Looks like they got the check mark fixed in 2.47.
