Mission Creator Tool Broken

This is the message I have received every time I've tried to create a mission or edit one of my missions in progress using the Mission Creator page accessible from the Intel Map.

My husband, a programmer by trade, suggests that it simply means the server needs resetting.

Thanks for any help you can offer! I look forward to being able to work on my missions again.
