Like an idea? Like that idea!

I see a lot of people posting responses saying they like an idea, but then they don't click "like" or "insightful" If you think an idea is good, then click that button. Click it also for any responses you think add to the discussion.

The more "likes" there are for an idea, the more likely it will be to come to the attention of someone who can do something about it.

There are a few threads in which people are complaining that the forum blocks certain actions before members reach a certain level. The solution is to get in the habit of clicking the Insightful or Like button when you see a good post.

I am still regularly seeing people who literally write, "I really like that idea", but who haven't clicked the Like button. This kind of forum is a big cultural change from G+, and I guess it's going to take a lot of reminders.

  • Why can't I just type "I like that idea"? Actually, that's what I tend to do. Please continue data-mining, I really don't mind.
