App updated to 2.41.4 and cannot open. App keeps crashing
Hello. Ingress auto-updated for me today, and I was terribly disappointed when it does not even open but crashes immediately.
I am running on iPhone 6s at ios11
Any help would be appreciated, besides I haven’t hacked a portal for today.

Hello fellow Team Bugged Update.
Although it sucks, it is a bit reassuring when you find out it is not just you and affects a lot of other users. Hopefully a fix is on the way and my retirement from the game is not that imminent.
Now I feel what Redacted players who did not meet Prime app requirements feel.
Fix it plz!
@NianticCasey @NianticOfficial is this bug something Niantic is aware of? I couldn't participate in First Saturday because it kept crashing.
wow sucks.. have u guys started a support to niantic maybe? see what they say ? very critical bug i would say if u cant even get in... needs fix asap.
Well I can’t do it in app, but I tried out of app, I was told I would not receive a personal response or update since I was submitting a bug report.
I submitted one out of app.
It definitely sucks.

This is a known issue that we're hard at work to resolve. At present, it seems to be primarily affecting iOS 11, Android 5 and 6. You can follow this thread for updates as they become available. Sorry for the trouble!
Version 2.41.4 on Android 6.0.1 Moto G 3G, no updates available for the phone.
Multiple phone boots and multiple Ingress Prime reinstalls do not help much.
May be two times out of may be ten reinstalls, game has opened on first launch after reinstall but not again after first launch.
I can open the game once, after a re-install or if I delete the game's date (via Settings -> Apps -> Ingress -> Clear data). Of course I have to login first, that works and then I can play. But if put down the phone and start the game a while later, it just hangs at the Niantic balloon logo forever.
