Well I just got 23 keys for a portal in my inventory, after I had used them up last night. I had probably used 23 on Monday. Inventory is still screwed up though
I finally got the request for error code late Wednesday night. They did not reply with the "no timeline for your fix", so hopefully that means I'm at the head of the line since my original ticket was opened back on September 30th. They have been "working to resolve it" for a while now.
My issue is similar to the rest of yours, except it did not happen with the recent server glitch. Prime has NEVER shown my inventory as intended. And since once is not a trend, it must have been considered a minor bug and an isolated incident until it had the opportunity to repeat itself with the most recent server glitch...
...But, thanks to this, it should give them further case studies to get more insight with the bug and keep it from happening again.
hi guys bit of advice needed got my email to send error report dont know what im doing wrong open up my items tab to get the obligatory dark screen and not being able to access my items so follow instructions 4 fingers on screen should reveal error report cant seem to get error report to paste to send any help would be good iphone 8 latest ios and prime
When you do the 4 finger thing it doesn't look like it's doing anything but when I went back to the email and chose paste, it posted a pile of stuff so it worked.
I know my phone allows me to set up quick gestures such as 4 fingers to take a photo etc. Do you have anything like that set up already that may override the copy/paste ? If so turn the quick feature off and try again?
Got my key lockers and capsules back but 206 portal keys locker s are full having to delete some ie 200 just to play the game again hopefully they will not remove them for my full lockers
Five hours ago, the number of items in my inventory suddenly increased, and I was able to check my inventory again. Probably something went wrong when putting the key in the key capsule, and the key was removed from the key capsule after troubleshooting.
This is really sad. I spend several days gathering keys for specific draws and my inventory just gets stollen. The event starting with so many people with this problem is too bad and unfair. This must be a really bad joke.
18 minutes before event. So #niantic, have you prepared the truth in advertising campaign declaring this event an #epicfail from the #techsupport snafu?

I have just been able to access my inventory again! It is now overflowing due to the keys I ‘deleted’ reappearing I think.

I guess key-lockers are troubled when Severs were unstable.

report the bug in play and put "skip"
to interact with a man and not the bot.
Once done, you will receive an email
from a developer who will ask you to
do something to correct your problem.
I await the correction for my part.
Email received, and manipulation done.

thanks sorted sent error report now hopefully i will be restored soon and yes it kept reiterating things that already existed in dictionary

I just checked and my inventory is back.
No communication, however agents are slowly getting their inventories back, hopefully you will be soon.
The event felt like it held promise but being unable to effectively manage inventory now has it seeming to be a futile exercise. #niantictechsupport
