Accepted portal didn't appear
On November 17, 2019, I nominated a new wayspot in Stopnica called "Figurine of St. Anthony". On November 22, 2019, I received an email saying that my nomination is eligible, but it didn't appear in Ingress or Pokemon Go. Is it worth to nominate one more time? Is the Portal in Ingress Database but for some reason it wasn't added to the game?
PS. I nominated wayspot in empty cell, coords: 50°26'38.4"N 20°55'48.1"E

Do you have a copy of the email and, if you can, log into Wayfarer and check that it was actually accepted
Yes, I do but I can't post links with screenshots
"Accepted" things can potentially never be seen in any game due to proximity to other waypoints. I've got a mural that will never be a waypoint now myself.
But when submitting in Ingress, we get a slightly differently worded email than when submitted via Pokemon, that makes it clear that it was both accepted AND not in the game.
Check this and tell me how it is possible ;)

@lysykogut The submission is within 20 metres of the existing portal, as shown in the third image you linked.

In my place, on cementery portals are 1-2 meters apart, I won't mention of big cities, for example:

The 20m rule didn't always exist. But that can also be achieved by wayspot location edits. The system as is, wayspots within 20m of a live wayspot will not show up in any of the games. You'd have to resubmit if the location will still be accurate just a few feet out of that circle
Thanks for advice, I'll try one more time! ;)
