[URGENT] ACTION REQUIRED: Niantic's Auto-Merge Ruined Agents Stats and Nominations

TL;DR When Wayfarer was released, some Ingress Agents who had a Pokémon GO account had their OPR Stats sent to a separate account from their Nominations. Now, they can't log in.
Since OPR was retired and Wayfarer was introduced, many users have reported in the Wayfarer forum that their OPR Stats were lost and they had to retake the Training Test.
After some investigation from users, it appears that Stats are not actually lost. They were simply separated from the Nominations, as they were auto-merged with the Pokémon GO account.
What's wrong with this?
- First of all, now I have my Ingress account linked to two different Google Accounts, which causes a lot of trouble when logging in to Wayfarer, Intel and even this Community Forum.
- Secondly, I can't upgrade any nominations, because the account where my OPR Stats were merged to DOESN'T HAVE any nominations, and even if I submit new candidates, they don't appear there.
- Third, I also can't review any candidates on the Pokémon GO account, because it hasn't been launched in my country, even though my Nominations appear there.
But these details are unnecessary. The truth is: we don't want our accounts completely messed up. How can I have my Ingress account linked to two different Google Accounts?
This was an error with Niantic's auto-merge migration from OPR to Wayfarer. Can you please help?
Ingress Support refuses to answer the question and keeps replying with inappropriate templates after dozens of tries.

We have been waiting for over a month, now.

WHAT JUST HAPPENED?
It appears that someone trying to solve my problem has successfully unlinked one of the Google Account, but DELETED MY PROFILE by accident.
Fellow Agents mentioning me in the COMM can't access my profile, Portals added by me now say “unknown”, and when I log in everything is completely reset and I can't do anything nor see any portals.

Thanks for surfacing this, I've escalated the larger issue regarding OPR migration to the team to look over. I'll circle back with more information once I have it.
I'm personally looking into the situation regarding the unlinking vs. profile removal. Sorry for the inconvenience but don't worry, I'll get to the bottom of it!
Well, all I can say is THANK YOU Casey for taking the time to at least take a look into this.
I can't believe this is happening. I have many questions right now, as you might imagine, such as my Hacking Streak, my Portal Candidates, and so much more. But let's just leave that for later. I just want to at least have my account back.
I love Ingress. It's hard to realize that all the time, effort, and emotions that this game involves are materialized in a single and simple line of a database/spreadsheet that, apparently, can be simply… deleted. Gone.
Thank you SO MUCH for eventually acknowledging that somebody is lookng into this issue! I contacted support three weeks ago and didn't even receive a reply, yet.
@GoncaloCdM Thanks for addressing this topic with the provided details especially regarding all the problems you're facing right now - I really hope that Niantic's support will be able to help you very soon and that this might have at least one positive aspect: A solution for all affected players.
Im one of those who have the same problem, when a fix is available it would be nice too know what to say to support to avoid having to fend off precanned responses.
Hi @NianticCasey. I am experiencing a similar problem.
I originally started playing Ingress and PoGo on Google account X. Earlier in the summer I switched my PoGo saving to Google account Y. Interestingly that also switched my HP:WU login from Google account X to Y.
My Ingress login did not switch and that's still on the original account X.
However, mysteriously I discovered a month or so ban that I can actually login to Ingress using either Google account X or Y. I can login to Wayfarer with both as well and see my Wayspot nominations from both accounts.
I would very much like to have my Ingress account switched to Google account Y and my portal submissions and future reviews (I'm ingress level 11 working on 12, and PoGo 40x2.5 in the USA) to all be under the same Wayfarer account.

My Ingress account uses the same e-mail that a banned account of Pokémon. Since wayfarer was releasead wordlwide, I can't access wayfarer using my Ingress account. I have already contacted support for both games. They both told me they can do nothing. Because of this merging of accounts, I will no longer be able to improve Recon's Ingress medal.
Being someone who had to deal with cheaters ruining gyms in PoGo, I'm glad you and others have an actual punishment to care about.
ComChansey, don't talk about you don't know. This account I did before the game was released in my country to know how the game works, I always play fair in both games.

I cant access to this forum using my ingress account, I have to use my pogo account that somehow it has access to my ingress account, its a mess.
Playing before you're allowed to is cheating my dude. Try taking a gym away from someone with a 14+ day head start before the game is launched in your area. That's not fair
With 4 weeks having passed since the creation of this thread: Any news? Or just anything that players affected by the automerge problem could get their hopes up for?
Finally they take action. This is email my friend got today in my wayfarer group. Niantic tries to clear the messed up the more than one email access case. Hope this really work.

I got this email as well, but I didn't respond to their June 3rd deadline assuming they would knock off the email address not listed in the email.
Nothing happened.
I replied the form later just to repeat that I wanted the email address they sent in the email. Still nothing.
It's been 5 days since the deadline and I can still use the 2nd email address to login & it still doesn't allow my primary address to login to the forum, & the Wayfarer bug where I can see two different sets of nominations in one account still exists.
@NianticCasey what's happening here? I've asked Support to check but they seem to have no idea what to advise.
I actually got email too. I moved my account to 2nd email. I haven't tried signing in on the other email (original / first one). However this is what I experienced :
1. The access to community is already switched to the email I am currently using on scanner (2nd email)
2. Attack notifications still come to original email.
Those who received that mentioned email: Are your problems resolved now? Are your accounts linked correctly now? Are your review stats and submissions now bundled within a single account? I would really like to see this resolved for me, but it seems like I wasn't "detected". I didn't receive the email mentioned here...
