@ThornRenegade a refund was already issued for Order ING-39283-92069-62423, and it takes 5-10 business days for the credit to appear. If your credit card is no longer valid, I'm not sure how our team can help. My understanding is that if you lost your credit card and are issued a new one, the refund will get applied to your credit card account (not credit card number), so it should be reflected in 5-10 business days on your credit card statement. If you no longer use the credit card or issuing provider, then I think that's something you may need to follow up with with your financial institution. With the 32,000 CMU distributed to your account as well as the $15 refund already issued, is there something else you need from our team?
