As requested, swooping in with a final decision: as many have already said in the thread this wayspot appears to be on school grounds, which makes it ineligible. Keep in mind that any wayspot appearing on elementary or secondary school grounds is ineligible.
I have heard that a playground on school grounds is acceptable if it is open to the public outside of school hours. I believe the source for this was an AMA, but I'm not sure. Anyone have any opinions on this?
Please note that I certainly agree that the submission that started this thread was total bollocks, a waste of reviewers time and abuse. Also, I am a firm follower of the keep POI away from schools club, but still curious what people think about this topic.
There have been playgrounds ADJACENT to schools that are okay if there's a clear distinction, but never ON a school grounds. We have a public park here that's really hard to define the boundaries for, so I'm pretty sure people just avoid even trying to nominate things on it

Third edit was the charm.
Hi everyone,
As requested, swooping in with a final decision: as many have already said in the thread this wayspot appears to be on school grounds, which makes it ineligible. Keep in mind that any wayspot appearing on elementary or secondary school grounds is ineligible.
Thank you @NianticCasey
Thank you for stepping in, it's much appreciated
Thank you so very much for this clarification, it helps immensely.

Thanks for your time!
This has never been said. Schools are a no.
Schools who are primarily for children under the age of 18 are never to have anything submitted on them. This also includes child care facilities.
