Is there no recourse for people who are circumventing a forum ban? It seems really off that a user can create a new account a do the same things blatantly after they've been banned.

I did report that he was block evading because the account clearly passed the duct test. Repeatedly creating strawman arguments, shifting topics, claiming that what anyone else says was an opinion and those opinions were wrong, etc.

It looks like it's been taken care of. All of their posts and comments have been hidden/removed
