Hello, I'm a french resistant. I was at the L.10 and I only submit portals, I I did not play normally (like : capturing portals, deploy resonators...) I was doing it but not much. I was really love submitting portals for potential new players or for create more possibility for fields and and discover new locations, peoples, It was so beautiful. Sadly, Mister Niantic came and say you use cheats so you are banned. I don't blame Niantic but clearly I don't cheat ! Why cheat if I only submit portal xD. I have already makes a complaint but I obtained only one "automatic" respond. So I come here for answer. I just want to submit portal again, I don't care if my inventory gonna be clear or something else. Give me back my pleasure to submit portal, discovers new area ...

What was in the email you got for blocking it?
I have delete it because I was angry but It's about the TOS and I have screenshot the response.
Of course I don't use any cheats or modify software and I don't "root" my phone.
Which device do you use, there was a problem with PoGo with the Gamemod from Huawei.

Just apply for an appeal with proof that you are using xiaomi phone and you should be good to go. Though don't expect them to unban you immediately.

Don't get your hopes up. I was band for cheat in mid July. I have sent proof that I don't cheat. I have done what Niantic has asked, sent several appeals, pictures of me and my husband with the game open on our phones. Nothing happens. And I did not cheat.
You won't see him, he's confessed to not playing and just submitting portals.
