Thanks Niantic for reaming me for shipping on 8 kits when you can now buy the complete set for same price and one shipping fee.

Will never purchase a series again.

    Same here. Not to mention the deckbox was a disappointment as compared to the marketed picture.

    Below is a picture of the deckbox(hard cardboard material) from those who received it early.

    To put it bluntly, we got a fancy cardboard box for subscribing.

    But yeah I've pretty much done with buying these series subscriptions for now. The Ingress Supply team was great at fixing issues with last year but I just can't justify the pricing now. The "random" cards I got from last year were nothing to write home about and the throwbacks for this series were horrible, you really think items from last year are throwbacks?

    I wasn't expecting much from the card box and I still feel disappointed about how it came out. I understand there's a difference between concept to final but it seems there was 2 concept pics for the card boxes. I don't know why you guys didn't look at a company that has a history of doing these like Ultra Pro for some ideas. I'm pretty sure they even have licensed Pokémon items. I also can't imagine there's much profit to receive from these packs. There should also be focus on the digital store as well with these items - allow them to be available digitally and you can also advertise Ingress Supply from there.

    I still haven't gotten my last one. Last two series were shipped to an old address. Niantic Supply is a pain to deal with. I have everything shipped to my office since it's just easier. Well, normally with any other company. Niantic Supply is special. Change your shipping address and remove the old one, and they will continue to ship to the old address, then act like its my fault that I didn't update my shipping information. They seem to forget that there is a paper trail history of their previous emails, that they only check when you remind them about it.

    Also, they shipped to the incorrect address, so I got extra tax for the old location too. I guess I will get it at some point.

    I didn't think Niantic had the ability to underwhelm me anymore, but I gotta say, this one takes the cake.

    The awful "personalized" deck box is a like an April Fool's joke that landed poorly.

    Not only am I glad to be done with this subscription, I have no desire to buy any future kits, subscription or otherwise.

    Heck, I don't even want to buy Niantic-licensed gear anymore. I can find better looking and nicer items from either faction that are player-made and the purchase supports someone I know. Issues with supply or shipping get resolved MUCH faster and I've never felt insulted by any items I received from the playerbase.

    It's comforting to know I essentially paid $40 more dollars in shipping costs to receive an ill-conceived carboard box with terrible font that doesn't even take into account the capitalization of my in game name, even though that was heavily emphasized on the submission form for it.

    My bad for forgetting to add you in the source and I acknowledge that. =x

    My initial impression when they released the deck box design was "Hey they are doing something cool which agents can bring around during their biocard trading sessions in events"

    However, after seeing the actual pictures which @MoogModular have provided, it seems like their idea of a deckbox is something to keep as a collection of biocard we have at home and not to bring out the deckbox for events. (Given the material, there is a high risk of damaging the deckbox designs as compared to those ultra pro deckboxes)

    Not to mention the preview design was something which look like Ultra Pro type (with box hinges), it deviated too much from the marketed design.

    Totally not a box worth subscribing for. (Someone can totally make a version of this box by themselves with better designs)

    I will admit that it's a little bit darker than what is pictured.

    I get draft to final design can always change but yikes.

    My forwarded package from my old office to my new office via USPS still hasn't been updated since Tuesday. Who knows when it will get here, or get lost.

    They’re probably offering these as a set now because they didn’t have as many people buying after the debacle many experienced last year. It was one of the reasons I didn’t buy any from this series and don’t plan to buy the set either. So now they’re sitting on a bunch of extras. Actually, maybe if I keep waiting, they’ll discount them and then I can get them even cheaper. Niantic sure has a way of pissing off early adopters, so it wouldn’t surprise me if they did…

    Still no updates on my package that was shipped to the wrong address, despite me updating my address in their system. The tracking number for USPS still shows as "Alert forwarded" as of Oct 31st. I replied to support email last week. No response. I guess give it another week, no reply and I will just process a charge back? Maybe that will wake them up?

    Nyantic supply finally responded, sending a replacement out next week. Hope it has the boxes in it.

    They probably didn't sell enough subscriptions to reach the minimum order for nice boxes.

    Finally got the replacement in today. But guess what? No personalized card boxes. Booo! Guess its good we can't leave reviews for them anywhere.

    And yes, I emailed their support back. I'm sure I will get a reply by next week sometime.

    Still waiting for Nyantic Supply to email me back about the missing Personalized boxes. I have a feeling it's just a lost cause at this point though. Confidence in this company is low.

    I really don't understand Nyantic Supply Support. Its like they don't read the previous entries in their support tickets.

    First order, then sent to the incorrect address that I removed from their system, but apparently they re-added it? Building has no business there anymore, it should of been either forwarded to our new work address or should of been return to sender.

    Second order came to the correct address, but I had to email about it, no personalized boxes or any boxes.

    Now they are gonna send me those boxes, but they are gonna be blank. (no personalization). I guess I will break out the label maker and make my own labels. One of a kind...

    If it's going to take this much time going to support and hoping they reply and send the correct stuff to the correct address, its really not worth spending money on it.
