I'd like to see better customer service response to subscription price increases.
--- Eng ---
We recently increased the price of the in-game "Core" subscription.
With the increase in the core subscription price, Niantic needs to improve how it responds to users.
Currently, all in-game cheating reports are made through the Help Center, with the exception of Vanguard.
However, the current response from the customer center is either a simple answer or a macro message that makes me wonder if they've really done any research.
Other games take a long time to respond to reports, but Niantic seems to be the only one that responds quickly.
We are still seeing users from other regions and neighborhoods outside of those boards being unfairly banned,
There are also many cases where users who cheat in a game are not banned and continue to play.
It almost makes you wonder if Niantic's contact center is up to snuff.
With the increase in the core subscription fee, we need to improve to the point where subscribers feel they are getting their money's worth.

U are absolute right but doubt we will see it
There are no exceptions for Vanguards. We also use the helpcenter for reports.
If true, that's terrible.
As I understand it, Vanguard is paying for their time and work for nothing.
If so, the increase in the core subscription fee seems unreasonable from a user perspective.
If there is an increase, I think there should be a corresponding improvement in service quality.
I think you might have a bit of a misconception about what Vanguards do. We don't work for Niantic 😅
What I meant to say was "serve".
Out of curiosity, what to you think Vanguards do?
I only know that urgent reports can be handled quickly through Vanguard.
That should hopefully clarify the role.
