Login issue

When I tried i logging in a few hour ago, I suddenly had to choose a faction. I tried everything I can think of (deleting app, cache, …) but this issue is still ongoing (even on an old phone). When checking on intelmap i’m still the same lvl as before but still. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks in advance!
