A capsule of 19 VRLA’s disappeared. I have owned them for years. The capsule has simply disappeared. It was the only capsule I have had with anything it it since the quantum capsules were killed. It disappeared yesterday I believe.

Probably best bet is to submit a ticket directly to support. If you actually happened t have the Hex name of the capsule, I'm sure that would be even better, but honestly, is that something we should be doing now? writing down or screen capturing (can't say that other wordy dird) our capsule names?

They didn’t help me at all. Said must have dropped it. I didn’t.
Niantic, check this player's logs on your backend.
Their support is usually fairly helpless. Might be better to try to engage @NianticThia or ask who might actually be helpful to assist, since support is mostly useless. Sadly.
@NianticThia Can you help with my missing 19 VRLAs? They are worth so much, and they disappeared. Can you at least look to see what happened to that capsule? I named it “vrlas”.
