Who developed the Dronenet for the NIA alongside IQTech?
This is the complete Dronenet blueprint which was leaked in Parts A, B and C a while back.
In the top right corner you can clearly see the logo of IQTech but what are those logos below it?
It looks somewhat familiar and I looked around in some of the other leaked documents but wasn't able to find anything.

As far as I remember, no known XM company had this logo, so I assume it isn't actually a logo, but part of the blueprint and the drones design. It looks like a camera aperture, so it might be part of the technology that allows us agents to see the surroundings of the drone via Dronenet, as indicated by the "Drone Footage" when operating it. It also seems like a weird placement for a logo.
Either that, or the NIA and IQTech collaborated with Apenture Science.
That's exactly what I thought, that it looked very similar to the logo of Aperture Science/Aperture Laboratories which on the one hand seems to be a bit far off but then again they do have some expertise when it comes to Portals.
What made me think that it might be the logo of some sort of joined venture (like MBDA or the Eurofighter Jagdflugzeug GmbH) is that
Therefore I don't think it's totally unreasonable to assume that this might be a logo instead of a component of the Drone itself.
Also the part of which I assume that it contains the Drone's photosensor (front nose part of the Drone) is depicted in (limited) detail on the other side of the blueprint with more than sufficient space above it to move the entire part over which would make more sense if it was depicting a further subcomponent of the nose part of the Drone, wouldn't it?
PS: Are you the InvestigateXM on the Ingress Wiki?
I think in the end, only the NIA, IQTech and an eventual third party really know what that thing is supposed to be or if its a logo 🙈 I've asked in Operation: Essex if anyone knows more about it.
And ye, checking and editing the wiki from time to time
Well, maybe we'll never know.
Oh, then we sort of know one another. I've edited your profile page a few time to fix some stuff... XD
it may be as simple as explaining what an aperture does
An aperture is the opening of the lenses and how much light can pass through it. A change in the amount of light also changes an image's perspective.
I don't know about that. Both "apertures" have about the same opening size to scale and as I pointed out above neither of the three things is linked to any part of the Drone like the other displayed parts are.
