Hello, Masters, i have the same problem. First submission Is accepted by community ať 20. November and second one 4. December. Both portal doesnt see in map. Please help. Thank you and sorry for my not good english.
if less than 20m than another portal just upvote any photo of the pokestop in pogo, it will be created in ingress at 10:15pm utc.
a poi can be in pogo but not in ingress. not the same spawn rules

Both are within 20m of existing portals so they won't show in ingress sorry
