2.100.1 startup glitch

Rare bug,for example "unable to load account data" happens more often than this one,but...
While opening app,a empty inventory 0/0 is shown(not ingress logo or even unity one,just this).
Pressing cross button leads to black screen. Restart solves.
2.100.1,Android 10 stock,Motorola One Power 6/64.

@DSkatauri is it possible that you're playing near the Russian border? I'm wondering if maybe it's a GPS drift issue, or something related. Does this usually happen when you come back from backgrounding the Ingress app, or does it happen on fresh app starts?
Nope,Kyiv is not near so it is not related to blocked territory. This glitch is related only to fresh app start anD is rare enough.
I don't know if this is directly related to the issue @DSkatauri is experiencing, but I can trigger the same issue by opening Ingress via the "Kinetic Capsule finished" notification after they have been completed. Video below:
@DSkatauri Have you opened the game via a Kcap notification, by chance?
Never noticed before,but yes,this time it happened after kinetic's were completed(7.6 km so i restarted scanner via notification)
Note1: i use SquareHome launcher so most of app starts are "from notification"
Note2: in my case i havent both niantic logo and startup screen,just 0/0 inventory.
@NianticBrian It's definately not a regional issue, I sometimes have the same problem in Germany.
I've seen this in startup a couple of times under 2.100 and I'm far from Russia.
Tested again,this is definitely caused by opening scanner via completed kinetic notification
Happens here too. Galaxy S20FE on Android 12, Ingress 2.100.1
