Volatile scout controller ornaments not giving bonus points

I don’t recall exactly when I noticed that the volatile scout controller ornaments no longer give the bonus points; it has not been working for a long time though

It only gives bonus points the first time you scan the Volatile Portal not every scan. Do you mean ANY new Volatile portal you scan for the first time?
On a second note, if you scanned a Portal before it became Volatile, you can scan it again for 2 points instead of the normal 3 for Volatile. But only the one time for the extra points.
Define 'long' time....
Last time I bothered to scan anything was July 18, it was clearly working then.....
What's a long time???
It was also working on July 26th and 28th according to my stats.
These were new, unique scans for me and dates do overlap when some of these replies that report success, so idk what is up with that. I am not in an area with uniques atm and will have to test and report back again another day
Is this still a problem?
