My Kinetic capsule is not working,
duplicated kinetic (2 capsules shown), I attempted to start a new one and I was told I could not have 2 running at the same time and and when I try claim it locks the app so I have to restart the app.

I also have the exact same problem ...
I have already reported the problem twice in game ... but beyond the precompiled answers they say nothing else ...
for now I have canceled the CORE subscription as the service is not working properly.
My cap is also busted in the same manner
Exactly the same problem since last thursday and silence from the support since friday... Any consideration from Nia for the agents ? I wish i could at least craft ONE item during the solstice event any one Reading us Somewhere ????

they use pre-assembled answers and then nothing ...
Any uptade @NianticVK @NianticBrian ??? This is very long for us. 60+ Km since the beginning of the event and still 0 items crafted....

I have experienced the same problem for about three weeks. I haven’t been able to use the capsule for that whole time. The issue still persists.

@NianticVK Maybe it would be a good idea to make an official thread, and pin it to the bug report forum, for people with stalled Kinetic Capsules, so that they can be raised and resolved easily.

facing the exact Same Problem: two identical capsules and claiming stalls the application. Capsule id is 6022E5AA
