I had a kinetic capsule cooking a Softbank ultralink. When ready I went to get it, and the supposedly produced ultralink is nowhere in my inventory. All I am seeing is a regular linkamp.
When raising a ticket in app or via ingress.com/support, please select 'Questions about Scanner or Intel map' as that will prevent you being looped back to the forum.
