Feedback in an alternate world where all the players aren't constantly angry:
@NianticOfficial Thankyou for listening to the player base, and allowing those who didn't want to spend money on a badge have an option to at least participate in the seasonal instance, with a simple activity driven additional badge.
It is great that there are some badges that are challenging and some badges that are easy. So the EOS was challening enough that many players had to make extra effort to get it, while the Solstice badge is easy enough that even very casual players should be able to earn it. That's a good way to balance a game.
I like the fact that the earned badge and the paid for badge work together. I don't normally purchase badges, but I'm tempted by this one. However, if you want both and you want it to relate to the summer solstice, you need to purchase the sun first, because the summer solstice at Stonehenge takes place at sunrise, so in the east. Don't worry if you already earned the solstice badge before buying the sun. You'll just be ready for the next solstice in 6 months' time! 🤣
This was a nice badge to earn and then the cosmetic one compliments it well. There does seem to be a bit of a lack of badges in the next quarter of events, with less badges being available. However, I hope that’s because some are being saved up for October/November/December as we have a few holidays and special events through those months.
Unfortunately where I am we have been getting fairly warm weather for being close to winter solstice! We are at -1.4 C now, had a little snow but it melted and then turned into ice!

That's crazy for where you are.
So anti-minority. I imagine you have not deployed many of Back Lives Matter Beacons 🤔
My brain broke on how you even thought that resembled any similarity.
