Duplicate quantum capsule

My quantum capsule, id D046975A appears twice in my inventory and its contents seem to come and go at random. If I give the capsule a name then both copies have the same name but different contents.

Hmm, I thought this sounded familiar but I guess the previous one was opened in the wrong place. My previous reply is here if you want to fix it yourself.
Thanks for the advice, I was hoping to keep the capsule but I'm just going to recycle it and cry a little.
I'm never going to bother with Niantic's joke support maze again.
