Annoying bugs while making MULTILAYER CF
Whilst building this morning (in the spaces left available after the heavy cheater KAMOWALKER in my area)
I had two problems, first the base layer didn't create a field. The triangle was there, but no field, so all I made was a web of one layer fields.
I jarved the anchor and re linked it. And it then it worked, but I lost a key to a spine portal near the top, so I went their to link back. But it just said no link available. But it was, the link had existed just 5 minutes earlier? ****? Did links get too **** recently?
So I had to go back to the anchor to make it.
Looking at the second problem now, possible it was over 500m away as it was under a field... So maybe that makes sense. But why do definite triangles sometimes fail to make fields. It's not that uncommon. I think I understand how triangles work, I've heard the ingress anime theme tune.

You should report that on the bug subforum
For noone to look at ever?
In my standard max field setup there is also one portal that doesn't let me link out to some.
It is the same always, I can link to it from the other ones so I just change the order of actions.
But hell yes it is annoying.
Well, it has been stated several times that you should post it so the team could be aware of it. Try to make them the things easier for them.
Just because they don't readily answer, it doesn't mean they aren't aware.
EDIT: Another player has been complaining about linking issues today on IUENG.
Maybe the field was created, but not shown in the scanner. Did you check the intel map?
I made a link yesterday that did not show up in the scanner, but was there in the intel map.
It's probably not a bug.
Null fields happen when improperly-created fields are taken down. The main trick to remember is that when you throw a link, it can create a maximum of one field on each side of the link. Other (smaller) potential fields are empty/null. You don't get any AP for them. See https://www.reddit.com/r/Ingress/comments/352j0v/empty_fields_how_to_make_them_and_how_to_avoid/
For the re-throw,
