Hello Ingress community, a few months ago I had this problem with my Key lockers, one of them was duplicated, I thought it was a mistake at the moment but it's been like this for a long time. How can I report it to Ingress?
Support probably will need the Capsule ID for each of them, to resolve the issue. Drop a key in one so they separate and post the two IDs.
I had a corrupt quantum recently.
54 items showing. Opening it, zero items.
Then it started duplicating itself.
These are the IDs of the capsules.
This has been an ongoing mess for quite a while. Wonder when the root issue will be identified and resolved?
Had issue with quantum cap recently as well. Something screwy in back end. (Deleting and reinstalling did not fix, dropping cap to another player and getting them to look at it also resulted in same behavior on their account).
I also have a second silver key locker, making my total 7. I tried to report within the app, but it said to report it in the community. It's been this way for a bit, and hasn't magically resolved itself lol.
