2.90.1: Comm unclickable+artifacts

in Report a Bug
1) after some intensive gameplay(in my case today - charging,sometimes looking on map via comm actions,yesterday after rare BB placed) - comm on main screen became unclickable(still can access via alerts on right bottom). Seems to be connected with BB viewed.
2) Just after previous - catched an artifact after viewing BB in comm - map on that place isnt loading excepting BB placed on a portal(no resos) and then BB started pursuiting me :-D photos of that artifact added
Both can be solved via app restart. App 2.90.1,device Pixel 2 on A11.

The first problem is a duplicate of this report:
Niantic partially fixed it by removing the (i) hit box so the Battle Beacon tutorial doesn't open anymore, but COMM is still blocked across the length of the score info in the portal screen.
The second problem seems like the portal just wants to follow you home :D
A little offtopic but an artifact too. Happened when was recharging via alphabetic order. Bug is - portal flame with (maybe) picture of another Portal. Easy to fix: open portal with "incorrect flame" and close it.
I got followed around for about an hour by a green ball of light. Only restarting helped.
