Locked out of support feature because Louise at niantic hasn't responded to me.

Hi, I can't use the support feature to contact niantic because niantic haven't responded like they said they would. See the photo attatched.
Its been a week since her message.
You didn't get any emails? That's usually where it turns up if the session times out.
I had various messages from her prior, then we spoke again when I answered if this answers my question and this is her final message to me. I have sent messages to her since without reply. I've had no update as she mentioned, so now if I load support I just see our conversation and cannot start a new one.
And no I've had no further emails.

@NianticBlue your reply makes me wonder if you're aware that this happens all the time.
This screenshot is from days ago, if not a week or more, and is a frequent occurrence.
