kinetic capsules aren't really capsules... should they have a different name?
kinetic capsules don't follow normal capsule mechanics.
you can't put things into them, and you can't take things out of them.
i was trying to help someone who couldn't quite wrap their head around this, and kept asking questions like
"what if my kinetic capsule gets full?"
"do items replicate in kinetic capsules like they do in quantum capsules?"
it seems something simple like giving kinetic capsules a different name would avoid this sort of confusion.
key lockers, for example, aren't named capsules, even though their mechanic is more similar to a capsule than anything else. (key lockers have more in common with regular capsules than kinetic capsules do)
if you were to rename kinetic capsules, what would you call them?
the name "kinetic forge" just jumped into my head.

You're putting in your items of the recipe to make the item.
You take out the newly forged item when you met the trekker threshold.
I guess you could say it's a kinetic locker more so than a capsule but it's still a subgroup of capsules.

XM Incubators.
You can rename it whatever you want.
Quantum Capsules replicate randomly based on quantum fluctuations.
Kinetic Capsules replicate based on fixed kinetic activity.
I don't see the confusion here.
