Like others above, I opted to receive events, offers, and updates through email and I am a CORE subscriber for 13 months, but I never received an email regarding the CORE subscription anniversary offer. I checked my spam folder and there is no email regarding that offer either. The other agent whom I work closely with also has the same situation.
Would doing the above action inundate the already burdened Ingress Support? Isn't there an organized system that Niantic keeps its records of than 12 months CORE subscribers?

I assume Niantic doesn't know why the code didn't go out for some people and doesn't have a list of them, and if they redo and resent the codes, people that already got it will get a second one.
Just to give an update, I received my code through email. It came 2 days after the automatic renewal of the CORE subscription. I guess it would be best to wait for the said e-mail around 2-3 days after the said renewal. Less unnecessary work for everyone involved.

I have a support ticket, have not gotten any responses from the chat bot on the website, nor inside the game(from Remy). There are no official updates on this thread.
Same here. Submitted an issue through the chat in ingress.com/support. Remy's response was that I would get an update within hours. Well, even today I got nothing in the mail and no update in the chat either. Sent a message in the chat that I haven't received any update so far. Probably will have to wait some more 🙄
I created an incident ticket on Feb 24 with support on this matter and got a response today. Unfortunately it was a fully redeemed passcode, so it's getting looked at it seems, but I had to create another incident about it since giving me a fully redeemed passcode doesn't resolve it.
I got an email 3 hours ago, from the chat I opened up on the support website. It contained the code in the attached screenshot, but it was fully redeemed. @NianticThia.
I got the usual in-game CORE drop yesterday, but it seemed less than normal - but I didn't check any further. And I got an email from Niantic with a passcode that worked.
Happened the same to me. Got an e-mail with the answer from support with a code (different that the one showed in your screenshot) but fully redeemed too. I tried the code 50 min after the mail was received.
Was everyone supposed to receive an email from support with the code by now? I posted a ticket as instructed by @NianticThia and got a ticket number (16196716) but never got a response. I inquired again with support about the first ticket but got no response again, and the conversation was auto-closed.

Similar to my experience. Haven't heard back since I submitted my issue via chat. So I'm not even sure if I did it right and it got submitted 🤷
