Did they say that's how it's counted? It could very well be an aggregate total.
For example, if the Enlightened win 51 out of 100 points in Phases 1 and 2, but the Resistance win 60 out of 100 points in Phase 3, then the final Anomaly score could be 142 ENL to 158 RES, which would be a RES victory.
