Edit: I have the access corrupted in Google Chrome, from the Samsung browser it does let me access.

If you can access these URLs from your Google Account when you're signed in via the Samsung web browser and not via Google Chrome, then you might need to clear your cache and cookies on Google Chrome. You may also want to try signing out then signing back into your Google Account on Google Chrome as well (which clearing your cache and cookies should require).
Thank you for your quick answer! I just cleared chrome cache and search history "forever" and it still doesn't solve the problem, I'm signing in from chrome using facebook login
