Missing Drone MkIII Code
Apologies if there is already a thread for this, I did have a scan through
I was lucky enough to be able to purchase 2 of the Dronenet MKIII packs. I didn’t use my Ingress/Google log-in as I was trying to be quick so not to miss out before they sold out
I used my hotmail account which made it possible to checkout using my preferred payment method as ‘guest’
I received the e-mail explaining the error with the codes at 17:09pm (GMT) on Saturday which said the codes would be received via a second e-mail within 48 hours which I know from Telegram chats a lot of Agents received. I’m still yet to receive my codes however and it seems there has not been a second batch of e-mails sent
When should I expect to receive my codes as I’m growing more and more concerned now. I have constantly been checking my inbox and my junk folder but no luck

Seems like everything should be going through them.... Double check your spam folders and all that as well, which I'm sure you did, but double check it anyways or do a search for "xx URGENT Kit Intel xx" as that's what the second email had in the subject line, much like the first.
No order/shipping email received either nor replacement passcode email, I did receive the invalid passcode kit, no response from nianticsupply after 72hours… (meanwhile website states all emails are responded to usually within 3hours lol ingress being ingress, I guess)

All I know is my kit is still in the USA. Managed to get an update from Brittney for that when I didn’t receive tracking codes
If you used paypal to pay and the email is different, look at the email that paypal is registered.
Hi @egan706 - unfortunately, I can't give any info; have you received what you're looking for yet? If not, I'll PM you to get more info to try and see what I can find out but I don't have the ability to do anything here. @ZeroHecksGiven is right - Niantic Supply is who can help.

I am currently in the same boat. I have yet to receive an email with corrected Drone medal codes. The first email did come through saying the codes were coming within 48 hours, but they did not.
I’ve still not had my Drone codes. I’ve also not had an e-mail to tell me about the Moyer issue or the codes for that too. And no reply from Niantic Supply. Really not happy with the service, truth be told. I don’t expect to spend $50 and receive such poor service in return. It’s just not fair on paying customers

Do you happen to know of an email address I can speak to for a specific person who will just give me my codes as I am very close to registering a formal complaint?
They sent out some replies to emails today about 2 hours after you posted this. Hopefully they replied to you.
I got a generic message from Brittney saying they’re investigating it. Unsure if Brittney is just a bot or an actual person though

I still haven’t even had the email explaining the fault with the Moyer cards
My codes have finally arrived. However, they still haven’t.
The codes given for the Moyer ‘15 are repeated for the Moyer ‘16.
