Dumb question, but is it possible you accidentally bought another Key Locker? If I remember correctly, you can get multiples of the same color as long as you have less than six lockers.
Seems to be a growing problem. I have the same issue with duplicate blue keylocker(previously reported). You can access either version of the locker from a fresh restart, giving you a larger key inventory.
I see this marked as “resolved” — was it in fact resolved? I had the same problem and contacted Niantic support but have not had my issue resolved yet.
The in-app chat with support didn’t give me a ticket number. Is that the problem perhaps, that a chat was supposed to generate a ticket and did not? The human interactions (following the initial bot conversation) are screenshotted below. The initial comments were last Thursday, and my request for an update from Tuesday hasn’t generated a response.
@NianticThia, do you think the reason I’m not getting anywhere is that no ticket was actually generated? I haven’t worked though support before so not sure what to expect. I’m happy to try to re-submit if that would be helpful?

No, I have 7 lockers now and the 2 red ones have the same ID.
