Duplicate Kinetic capsule

I some how acquired a second Kinetic Capsule. It will not let me use he second one, and the original one is at 8 KM, but will not let me claim the reward. When I click on Claim I just get a blank screen. I have tried to leave it there for 5 or more minuets but nothing happens. I can click the back button and everything else works fine.
I have cleared my cache and data from phone. I also tried to remove game and re-install.
The number of both Kinetic capsules is 465C3800.
Is there a way I can get the capsule reset? or somehow get ride of the duplicate?

Does anyone know how to fix this?
This is normally a @NianticThia judo chop to the server required to fix things but i think shes broke a mirror or something as tech seems to hate her at the moment when she touches it.
But if shes around she maybe able to try something.

I have got the exact same bug this evening. I have tried both restarting my phone and reinstalling Ingress, but the bug remains.

@cptFracassa What is the ID of your duplicate Kinetic Capsules?
Oop - @Radamass05 - see if the extra kcap has been removed and you can claim the other now!
The ID is the same for my two Kinetic Capsules! 17F47D8D
