Not possible to open more than one in-game discussion with support

When you report an in-game issue, it is always opening the chat with NIA until the issue is closed. If you report an issue that is open for months, than you can't open discussion on another topic. And if you add a comment with another issue - no one is checking, especially if old one is open from months without an answer....

Open an incognito tab in your browser.
Do you have a link? This is an in-game chat. It opens in browser window embedded into game, without browser navigation buttons or context menu activated.
