No me permite entrar a la tienda del juego

Cada vez que ingreso ala tienda se queda pensando. en parte donde indica los CMU sale cargando a hi se queda. no sale nada mas.

    para este error he borra cache y datos. También he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar el juego y no hay solución.
