Pokestop appearing in Pokemon go but no portal appearing in ingress

There is a pokestop in Pokemon go near coordinates 43.64705845402605, 12.335700843764846 which doesn't appear as portal in ingress even though this is an Unsponsored Pokestop. I think this should appear as portal in ingress then.

The team are supposed to be looking into why this is happening and implementing fixes so that all portals/pokestops etc... Populate across all the games and there individual rules.
@NianticVK & @NianticBrian should have more insight with regards to this.
Try like the picture it shuld force a sync and many have noted it wil be added to ingress after.
I dont believe you can like the picture in the other games like we can as agents which to me is a lost feature across the other games.
Is a working fix and people are forcing the sync this way and portals are appearing on ingress.
This fix only works when this is the only portal in the S2 cell. When it is a second (or more), we cannot like photos on them.
If the portal will not appear in pokemongo, then the portal appears normally at ingress at the same second is approved.
If not, then it was rejected by being too close to other portal.
if it was reviewed by Niantic staff and there is already a pokestop in that cell then even although it should appear in Ingress it won’t. And as it won’t appear in PoGo there is currently no workaround. So it sits in Lightship limbo as approved POI eligible for ingress but not appearing.
