Portal Nomination Bug

After a recent update, access to portal contribution was lost, Nominations also stopped opening (screenshot attached).
Despite the message in a scanner, all possible accounts are linked to my profile. Besides, I have never changed the linked email.
Can anyone intelligibly explain what's going on?

Thanks for the answer. I tried adding a report in-app and was redirected again to this website.

Please select another option other than Report a Bug and you should be able to start a conversation with an agent.

After communicating with the human support team, logged in with FB account and it helped. Thanks.
