Can you post a screenshot of the Alerts in COMM? Also, when did you actually claim the items? If you did it at exactly 4pm UTC, you were too late.
also wrong subforum, might have fit better into the bug report sectionpost has been moved, thank you Niantic :
)I did collect right as it turned 9 how is claiming it right at 9 to late I still completed and participated in the event so ****
The event ended at exactly 9, which means the last Capsule had to be claimed at 08:59:59. If you did it at 09:00:00, I'm sorry to say, but you were too late for the badge.
So if I'm one second off I'm at fault really I participated in the event and the capsules was bugged because I **** walked over 10 miles that's beyond 2 km by the way
The shoddy tracking is another problem though, and I agree that Niantic should have extended the event by at least a day or worked some magic to maybe make it a bit more precise. But yes, if you're one second off, it is, in fact, your fault, as the event time was communicated clearly before the event started.
I walked over 10 miles before the event ended so yes I did do the event and completed it before the event ended but it didn't register the 10 miles so its niantic fault not mine investigate xm
By all means, if Niantic thinks the same way as you do, they might award you the medal posthumously. I really, really wouldn't count on it though.
The event was for claiming capsules, not waking X distance. Welcome to the real world where details matter. xD
edit: Why is this in the Investigation folder? Again with the details xD xD xD
Unfortunately, a lot of people see the Investigation forum and think it means "investigate the problem I'm having".
Yeah I know but it was 10 miles for the 3 program for the bronze badge
Bronze was 4... #details
