Kinetic Capsule is not working
This past Sunday the KC stop working after 2 KC completion.
I have submitted a request via the in-app support. I was told that a NIA team member was going to do a reset. However, the in-app support remains unresponsive for 48 hours!!!
Shouldn't this be easy 'simple' fix. Furthermore, we're underway with the Optima Challenges, a quick reset would be very helpfull. Not much time left!!
In the mean time, I have walked 36 km without KC completions and zero Optima Challenges completion. Can these 36 km be transfer into 18x Optima completion?!

Since KC was broken I have walked 37 km without getting the necessary tick for the Optima Challenge. Can this be fixed? Otherwise I have to walk another 30km again 😔
I'll try to find out but I'd ... start walking just in case I can't get an answer quickly or the answer is no :(

It's bigger problem. My kinetic capsule is stuck since last Saturday of Challenge. Reported via in-game support, it's "escalated" without any further answer.
The problem is it has happened during event. How we are supposed to complete the challenge and gain some medal while, well, capsule is not counting km? And resetting capsule will not get us our medals back.
I’m really feeling sad for you. I pray that Nia fix somthing
