Missing/hidden quantum capsule

Ok, so I'm not sure exactly what triggered this glitch, as several actions or a combination could be the reason. I have a quantum cap that is taking up space in my inventory, but isn't visible. The cap and it's contents aren't being counted in the displayed inventory count, but when I try to go past 2400/2500, I get an XM overload to many items error. Before this started, I removed a portal key from said capsule.

I am on moto g stylus 2021 MetroPCS varient.

Running android 11 with the latest ingress build on a 4g connection
