Core subscription removed despite scheduled payment made today

This has happened twice in the past. the last time in June. I'm disappointed to see it happen again and hopeful that it can be resolved. My extra inventory was removed after I'd received the email receipt and already played this morning.

That in app support system is truly awful and I still can't believe we as players and agents are forced by @NianticVK to use it when the support staff do this. 😞😞😞
