My kc hasn’t worked since April. Cannot do report via in-app,every time when I try the bot finally closes conversation.

My Lineti capsule also stopped working. Also your 'report problem' - button just opens an empty page. @NianticBrian can you help with these, plenty of similar cases.
My kinetic capsule also hasn't been working for weeks, but I'm only now looking to solve it. I started this Hypercube program weeks ago, but it never got out of 0 km.

Problem is the in app support just redirects to the forum for bugs
they need stop do that and give proper support, i thought brian was gonna take care of that by now.

Sorry, I don't have issues with the k-cap, just pointing out that using the in-app support for bugs, doesn't work.
